Fitted Wardrobes in Eastbourne & East Sussex

Shop-bought wardrobes leave a gap at the top, a gap at the side and a sloping ceiling nobody knows what to do with. A fitted wardrobe goes into all of it. We measure the room, draw the wardrobe to scale, build the carcasses in the workshop and fit them so the doors line up with your ceiling, skirting and chimney breast.

The inside is where most of the thinking goes. Tell us how much you hang long, how many shoes you own and whether you want drawers you can see into, and we plan the rails, shelves and drawers around that.

After the home visit we send a scale drawing and the full price, usually within 2 to 4 days. Building happens in the workshop, so the mess in your house is mostly the fitting days.

Fitted wardrobes: questions

How long does a fitted wardrobe take?

Drawings and a price usually take 2 to 4 days after we visit. The build and fit depend on size; we give you dates with the quote so you know how long we will be in the house.

Can you fit a wardrobe under a sloping ceiling?

Yes. Sloped ceilings, chimney breasts and uneven walls are where made-to-measure pays off. We scribe the panels to the wall so there are no gaps to fill.

Do you paint them?

We can leave them primed for your decorator or paint them in the colour you choose. Tell us which at the visit and it goes in the price.
