Hardwood, engineered, laminate and LVT floors, including the skirting and thresholds.
Before laying anything we check the subfloor for level and movement, fix what needs fixing, and then lay the boards with the right underlay for the room. Doors get trimmed, thresholds fitted and skirting replaced or scribed down, so the job finishes at the edges and not in the middle of the room.

Floor fitting: questions
Can you lay flooring over underfloor heating?
Yes, with a floor rated for it. Engineered boards and most LVT are fine; solid hardwood usually is not. We will tell you at the visit.
Do you move the furniture?
Tell us at the visit. Most people clear the room; for large pieces we can help on the day.
